Halifax HOPE Chapter hosts 5th Annual “SOCK IT" to Poverty event

For the fifth year in a row, volunteers from the Halifax Chapter of HOPE worldwide have collected donations, socks and shoes in support of a local drop in foot clinic that serves marginalized people in our community.

This year was another incredible success as HOPE volunteers and friends helped raise over $ 200 which purchase much needed supplies for the Foot Clinic as well as collected hundreds of pairs of socks that day. We are grateful to our donors, volunteers and especially our corporate supporters (WINNER’s, CLEVE’s Source for Sports and Glenbourne Chiropractic), without whom this event and it’s success would not be possible.
